Plymouth, Geo. Baumann (Cols. Ohio), one of a kind “marriage” cherry cased schoolhouse clock
mounted in cherry/magh’y hallstand, contemporary Grandfather clock, cherry Empire style chest with
original glass pulls & half-pilasters, (2) oak serpentine front dressers with wishbone framed mirrors,
Eastlake Victorian bedroom set with spoon carvings, old crocks, glass butter churn, oil lamps, glassware
and china, old tin doll house, some toys and board-games, household furnishings.

Auction of contents starts @ 2:00 pm , real estate @ 5:30 pm.

Non-refundable deposit required with closing within 30 days.
