Chattels:   Oak finish dinette set, Oak finish bedroom set, Mahogany finish bedroom set, waterfall chest of drawers, like new sofa,  recliner, accent tables and lamps, Kenmore washer and Whirlpool electric dryer, metal wardrobe, window airconditioner, yellow depression three legged canape' dish, oil lamps and general cookware.

Automobiles:   1995 Chevy Blazer LT 4 wheel drive,
1989 Chevy Blazer 2 wheel drive.

Miscl:   13 hp 60 inch electric start lawn "bush hog" mower, Craftsman lawn tractor with 42 inch mower deck, Craftsman 42 inch lawn broom, small boxtruck body with lift gate approx. 6'w x 6'h x 8' long with approx.28 inch lift gate, Nice old Pennsylvania Railroad baggage cart with solid rubber tires on steel spoke rim wheels.

Auction will start with chattels then vehicles and lawn items. Real Estate , House and other lots will be auctioned at 1:00 pm. Property includes 8 lots of various sizes. Two of these lots will be offered separately. Owner reserves right to accept or refuse final bids on Real Estate.
